Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• 12-hour night shifts
• 6:30 PM 6:30 AM
• No on-call required

Qualifications:

• Current and active Florida RT license (must be in hand before start)
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Long Term Acute Care or similar setting
• Strong background in critical care
• RRT preferred; CRT accepted with appropriate experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with advanced respiratory techniques and ventilator management
• Strong communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient/family education

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care to patients with acute or chronic respiratory disorders
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as necessary
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and advanced airway management procedures
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment safely and effectively
• Document all treatments and patient responses in the medical record with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
