Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- 36 guaranteed weekly hours
- Weekend and call hours as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
- Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Serve as a key clinical resource to fellow staff
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
- Adhere to the highest standards set by the Missouri Board of Respiratory Care
- Uphold patient confidentiality and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a COARC/AARC/NBRC approved Respiratory Therapy program
- Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, Missouri
- Registered through the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP or PEARS (AHA)
- Ability to stand, walk, and efficiently manage a physically demanding caseload
- Strong team player and effective communicator
