This travel opportunity in a modern 140-bed healthcare setting allows experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists to make an immediate impact, especially those skilled in NICU care. Collaborate with a dedicated team using advanced technology like Hamilton C1 and MR1 ventilators. By joining this facility, youll gain valuable exposure to various leadership styles, innovative respiratory interventions, and multidisciplinary teamworkboosting your competencies and expanding your professional resume.
Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend is required
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum of 2 years clinical respiratory experience required
- At least 3 years NICU skill level, including experience with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and intubation assistance
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required (NRP preferred or must be obtained after hire)
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation
- Must wear all-black scrubs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to adult and NICU populations
- Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment (Hamilton C1, V60, MR1)
- Assist with mechanical ventilation, intubation, and other critical respiratory procedures
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system
