Schedule:

• 23 shifts per week

Qualifications:

• RRT/CRT and NRP certification required; PALS required, STABLE preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in NICU transport
• Advanced knowledge of transport physiology, safety protocols, isolette systems, and emergency response
• Proficiency in neonatal airway, ventilator management, equipment troubleshooting, and EMS coordination
• Excellent communication and crisis management skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex neonatal airway and ventilation scenarios; provide stabilization and vital interventions during ground and air transport
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, isolettes, and critical care equipment under variable conditions
• Accurately document all transport events, interventions, and assessments on paper-based systems
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary NICU and transport teams for safe, efficient transfers
• Maintain scrupulous infection control and adhere to unit policies; required black-on-black scrubs
