Schedule:
- 36 hours per week, Nights
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Steady night shifts; day position may rotate to 11a-11p as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience, specifically with ventilator management in an acute care setting
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Proven ability to draw arterial blood gases
- Current CRT or RRT credentials from the NBRC
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care for diverse patient populations, including use of PB980 and Hamilton T1 Transport ventilators
- Conduct and analyze arterial blood gas tests
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across ICU, Med/Surg, and nursery units
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Contribute to a supportive and highly staffed therapist environment
