Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- At least 2 years of experience in Pediatric ICU or Neonatal ICU settings
- Proficient in providing advanced respiratory support to neonatal and pediatric populations
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary care teams
