As a Registered Respiratory Therapist on a travel assignment, youll gain insight into varied workplace protocols and leadership strategies unique to different healthcare environments. Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
- Recent experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new settings and technologies quickly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care treatments and assessments for patients of all ages
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans
- Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, aerosol medication, and airway management equipment
- Document patient progress in accordance with facility guidelines
- Provide patient and family education on respiratory management
- Ensure patient safety and infection control practices at all times
