Schedule/Hours:

• Scheduled 2-3 shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of NICU transport experience
• RRT/CRT, NRP, and PALS certifications required (STABLE preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of neonatal airway management, transport operations, and critical care for high-risk neonates
• Expertise with transport physiology and safety protocols (ground and air)
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, ventilator management, communication, and crisis management

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced respiratory and transport care to neonatal patients, including bag-mask ventilation and airway stabilization
• Operate and troubleshoot transport isolette and ventilator systems
• Ensure accurate documentation during all stages of transport
• Collaborate with EMS teams, coordinate facility handoffs, and adhere strictly to safety guidelines
• Contribute to a culture of infection control, patient safety, and continuous learning
