Qualifications:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Previous experience in adult critical care strongly preferred
- Experience with Hamilton ventilators a plus
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system desirable
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a collaborative, high-acuity environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, treatments, and management of adult critical care patients
- Manage ventilator settings and monitor patient responses, with proficiency on Hamilton vents
- Accurately document treatments and outcomes using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members
- Adhere to facility protocols and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care
