Schedule/Hours:
- Three 12-hour night shifts per week
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- Proficiency with Hamilton ventilators preferred
- Experience using EPIC electronic health record charting system preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
- Valid licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered respiratory care, including monitoring and managing ventilatory support
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess and optimize respiratory therapies
- Accurately document care and interventions using EPIC
- Respond to emergency situations and provide support during rapid response and code events
- Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for all required therapies
