Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Day/Eve rotating shifts, every other weekend
  • Days may rotate to 11a-11p as needed
  • Night positions are straight nights

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting, with ventilator expertise
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in respiratory therapy required
  • Proficient in drawing arterial blood gases
  • CRT or RRT certification from NBRC
  • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in ICU, Med/Surg, ED, and specialized units
  • Operate and manage advanced equipment, including PB980 and Hamilton T1 transport ventilators
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team using the EPIC charting system
  • Respond effectively to emergent patient needs and engage in code blue situations
  • Adapt to varied clinical environments and patient acuity
