Position Highlights:
- Schedule:
- Three 12-hour day shifts per week
- 36 hours weekly guarantee
- Weekend coverage as needed
- Call hours as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions in collaboration with physicians
- Serve as an advanced resource for staff on the Respiratory Unit
- Adhere to the Missouri Board of Respiratory Cares scope and standards
- Accurately document patient interactions using EPIC
- Uphold professional dress standards (black scrubs required)
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (COARC/AARC/NBRC)
- Current Missouri RCP license
- Registered through National Board of Respiratory Care
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, or PEARS (American Heart Association)
- Ability to work variable shifts and be available for call
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented personality
