Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Valid and unrestricted state license
- Recent experience working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor a variety of respiratory therapy treatments
- Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, and adjust therapies based on patient response
- Operate and troubleshoot various respiratory equipment
- Document all treatments and responses accurately according to policy
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
