Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Experience providing respiratory care to adult and geriatric patients
• Ability to work independently as well as take supervisory responsibilities when delegated
• Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and electronic charting
• Commitment to following physician orders and departmental protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver essential and critical respiratory therapy treatments as ordered by the medical team
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to current department policies
• Maintain accurate records, complete electronic medical records, flow sheets, and patient charges
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as appropriate
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new environments
