Schedule/Hours:

• 72 hours bi-weekly
• 7:00am 7:00pm shifts
• Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both basic and advanced respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients under physician guidance
• Tailor, implement, and adjust therapy plans based on individual assessment and evaluation
• Exercise sound clinical judgment and maintain responsibility within established scope of practice
• Accurately document assessments and interventions, and communicate clearly with medical staff and care team members

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRT) credentials
• Successful completion of the registry exam and clinical simulation exam (RRT or CRT required)
• Active Illinois (IL) state license
• Minimum of 1 year prior respiratory therapy experience preferred (new grads may be considered)
• EPIC charting experience is considered a plus
