Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Every other holiday (EOH)

Qualifications:

• Active WI Respiratory Therapy license (must have prior to start date)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist with current or recent critical care experience (within the last 12 months)
• Completion of PALS certification required; NRP certification preferred but optional
• Prior travel healthcare experience highly valued
• Competency with EPIC documentation systems
• Adaptability to manage a demanding caseload and willingness to float within skill set or to facilities within 40 miles as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care with a focus on critically ill patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Utilize EPIC to document assessments and clinical interventions accurately
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality under pressure
• Float to related units and support nearby facilities based on patient census and operational needs
