As a Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience, youll engage with a variety of workplace practices and patient populations, helping you build an impressive resume and gain exposure to diverse clinical approaches and leadership styles.

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week travel assignment
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Night shifts: mix of 12s and 8s (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid RRT or CRT license; Wisconsin RRT required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications (provide upon application)
• At least 3 years of respiratory therapy experience, including critical care and NICU
• Recent charting experience with EPIC (within the last 12 months)
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable supporting emergency, critical care, and neonatal units
• Hardworking, social, manages change well
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients in critical care and NICU settings
• Float as needed to other hospital units and facilities, ensuring high quality care across the organization
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing clinical insights
• Accurately document all patient care using EPIC
• Maintain professionalism and clinical skillset, floating only within your competency
