This role provides an exceptional opportunity for Registered Respiratory Therapists with strong NICU experience. Work in a collaborative setting, gain exposure to multiple units, and broaden your professional toolkit by engaging with a diverse patient population and evolving clinical practices. The assignment structure allows you to hone skills in emergency and critical care, while learning from different leadership and care delivery approaches.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • Guaranteed 36 hours/week
  • Nights (12 and 8-hour shifts): 0630-1500 or 0630-1900
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
  • Orientation: May 6
  • No on-call/call-back requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care in critical care and NICU settings
  • Float between assigned units/facilities as census requires, within your clinical skillset
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilize EPIC charting system (experience within last 12 months required)
  • Participate actively in units continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • RRT or CRT license (WI RRT required)
  • Current ACLS & BLS certifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience; NICU and critical care background required
  • COVID-19 vaccination (medical or religious exemption accepted)
  • Adaptable, proactive, strong interpersonal skills
