As a travel RRT in this setting, youll be immersed in dynamic healthcare environments, rotating through both main and secondary locations with exposure to NICU, emergency, and critical care units. Schedule / Hours
- 13-week travel role
- 36 hours per week, night shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
- Guaranteed hours, except during unit holidays or orientation week
Ideal Experience and Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist with Wisconsin licensure
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- At least 3 years clinical experience, with NICU/critical care background highly desired
- Recent (within 12 months) proficiency with EPIC charting
- Comfortable with floating between units and facilities as census requires
- Social, hardworking, adaptable, and enjoys working in fast-paced settings
- COVID-19 vaccination required, unless an exemption applies
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy and critical care interventions in adult and neonatal settings
- Float as needed to various units, primarily Waukesha and Oconomowoc, and occasionally Mukwonago
- Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, prioritizing patient safety and outcomes
