Key Details:
- Schedule may include weekends (EOW) and holidays (EOH)
- Position may require floating within 40 miles to meet facility needs
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner license required at start
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with recent critical care experience (within past 12 months)
- PALS certification required; NRP preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
- Previous travel experience desired
- Capacity to manage a heavy workload
- Willingness to float onsite or to nearby sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to acute and critical care patients
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Accurately document assessments and treatments in EPIC
- Adapt to different care settings within your clinical scope
