Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program (AS Degree or equivalent).
- At least one year of clinical hospital respiratory therapy experience.
- Valid credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (CRTT, CRT, RT, or RRT).
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS encouraged.
- Ability to interpret physician orders, communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patients, and complete precise documentation.
- Demonstrates strong skills in airway management, ventilator operation, ABG procurement, CPR/intubation, and use of pulmonary function equipment.
- Proficient with adult, pediatric, and infant respiratory therapy tools.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive cardiopulmonary care to patients of all ages.
- Ensure patient dignity and rights are respected at all times.
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of respiratory equipment.
- Accurately document treatments and respond to any inquiries from staff and patients.
- Assist in reviewing and developing departmental protocols and manuals.
