Schedule:

  • Travel assignment (full-time hours)

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Current state respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility)
  • BLS/ACLS certification preferred
  • Experience providing therapy to adult and geriatric patients
  • Strong independent work skills, plus proven ability to supervise others as needed

Major Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both basic and advanced respiratory care services for adults and geriatric patients
  • Respond promptly to physician orders and adhere to departmental protocols for all aspects of respiratory therapy
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records, flow sheets, and charge systems
  • Provide oversight to other staff as delegated, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage treatments independently, effectively prioritizing patient needs
