- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records, flow sheets, and billing documentation
- Demonstrate independent judgment while also effectively supervising delegated staff
- Ensure care adheres to industry standards and current policies
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- Valid state license (or eligibility)
- Experience providing respiratory care to adult and geriatric populations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a mentor to others
