Provide expert respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, delivering both basic and advanced respiratory services to adult and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive respiratory therapy treatments and procedures for patients with respiratory diseases following physician orders and department protocols.
- Operate independently while also supervising others as delegated to ensure quality patient care.
- Accurately document all patient care activities in electronic medical records, including flow sheets and billing charges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
- Proven ability to administer respiratory care independently and supervise support staff.
- Experience treating adult and geriatric patients is preferred.
- Proficient in electronic medical records documentation.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
