Working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this setting means becoming part of a dynamic healthcare team committed to excellence and patient-centered care. Rotating through all inpatient units, including two 10-bed ICUs, provides the opportunity to broaden professional experience and network among experienced colleagues.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Rotating weekends

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid, current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Relevant certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP
  • Critical care and emergency care experience preferred
  • Proficient in managing various ventilators and BiPAPs
  • Strong skills in intubation, arterial line insertion, ventilator management, and bedside bronchoscopy assist
  • Adaptable to all inpatient units and effective within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform respiratory assessments and interventions, including aerosol and BiPAP treatments
  • Manage ventilators and respond to emergencies
  • Assist with bedside procedures
  • Document accurately using Meditech system
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and unit staff during rounds

$1,452 - $1,536/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
