This travel assignment is an excellent fit for an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist ready to elevate their career. Schedule/Hours:
- Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- Every Other Holiday (EOH)
- May need to float onsite within your skill set or to locations within 40 miles depending on staffing needs
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin license in hand prior to start date
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
- Recent critical care experience (current or within last 12 months)
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record
- Proven ability to manage high patient volumes
- Previous travel assignment experience desired
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification optional
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Perform advanced airway management and ventilator therapy
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and adjust to floating assignments as needed
- Contribute to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation using EPIC
- Maintain consistent communication with healthcare team and patients' families
