This dynamic travel assignment offers a 13-week contract working primarily in neonatal intensive care, with opportunities to float to additional units and healthcare sites. Youll hone your skills in high-acuity, critical-care environments while building your resume with highly sought-after NICU experience and the latest technology, including EPIC charting. You'll be immersed in diverse workplace practices and leadership styles, gaining valuable perspectives that elevate your clinical approach.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Mix of 12-hour and 8-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a Wisconsin license; CRT also considered
  • Minimum 3 years of respiratory care experience, including NICU and critical care
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT/CRT
  • EPIC charting proficiency within the past year
  • Adaptable, dependable, and positive attitudeespecially in changing environments
  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or meet exemption requirements

  • Deliver expert respiratory therapy care, especially within the NICU and emergency settings
  • Float to additional units/facilities as needed, while always working within your core competencies
  • Demonstrate resilience and teamwork, contributing to outstanding patient-centered care
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation
