Schedule & Hours
- Nights: 36 guaranteed hours/week (12-hour shifts)
- Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality respiratory care in critical and emergency care environments
- Float between facilities including Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc, with potential for assignments in Mukwonago and other units as dictated by patient census
- Deliver care in the NICU, utilizing expertise to support high-acuity neonates
- Utilize current knowledge of EPIC charting
- Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication
- Wear any color scrubs per unit guidelines
Qualifications
- Current WI RRT or CRT license and active ACLS, BLS certifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist in critical care environments; NICU experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in high-stress, fast-paced settings
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or qualifying exemption
- Experience with EPIC charting within past 12 months
- Resilient, adaptable, and excellent social skills for collaborative floating across units
