Schedule/Hours:

  • Every other weekend (EOW)
  • Every other holiday (EOH)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical respiratory care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in acute settings
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy for both pediatric and adult populations
  • Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and care coordination
  • Potentially float to different units or nearby sites (within 40 miles) as needed and within your scope
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Adapt to changing workloads and maintain composure during high patient volumes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current WI license (must be active prior to start)
  • Current critical care experience or experience in the last 12 months
  • Strong ability to manage a busy workflow and adapt to multiple care settings
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
  • NRP certification optional
  • Previous travel assignment experience preferred
  • Experience with EPIC highly valued
