Schedule:
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
Required Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin (WI) license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Current or recent (within last 12 months) critical care experience
- PALS certification required
- EPIC charting experience
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to float onsite within skill set or travel to sites within a 40-mile radius as needed
- Previous travel assignment experience strongly preferred
- NRP certification is a plus, but optional
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Respond effectively to critical care needs and emergent situations
- Document using EPIC EMR system with precision and attention to detail
- Adapt to various site protocols and collaborate with healthcare professionals across multiple settings
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
