Professionals in this role will benefit from exposure to a range of practice settings, including opportunities to float between different units and facilities. Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Night shifts: Mix of 12s and 8s (0630-1500 or 0630-1900)
• Every 2nd or 3rd weekend

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current Wisconsin RRT license (CRT license also accepted)
• 3+ years of recent respiratory care experience in a critical care environment
• NICU experience required
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
• Proficiency with EPIC charting within the last 12 months
• Ability to float to Oconomowoc, Mukwonago, and other units as census demands
• COVID-19 vaccination required unless medically/religiously exempt
• Adaptability, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory careincluding NICU and emergency/critical careacross multiple units
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage change and maintain excellent patient care even when floating among facilities
• Uphold documentation standards with EPIC
