This opportunity places you in a leading healthcare facility specializing in NICU and critical care, letting you work with state-of-the-art technology and multidisciplinary leadership teams. Youll enhance your clinical expertise while adapting to new protocols and best practices, expanding your skillset and building an impressive rsum. Enjoy dynamic experiences by floating between NICU, emergency, and critical care units, as well as different hospital locations, ensuring every shift is a chance to learn and grow.

Schedule/Hours:
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Night shifts with a mix of 12- and 8-hour: 0630-1500 or 0630-1900
- Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
- 13-week assignment (Orientation begins 5/6)
- Floating to sister locations as needed, but with a supportive system to match your skills
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), WI license required (CRT also considered)
- Current ACLS & BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience; NICU experience is essential
- Proficiency with EPIC charting within the last 12 months
- Experienced in emergency and critical care environments
- Adaptable, collaborative, and effective in managing change
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care including NICU and critical care therapy
- Float to different units based on census and skill set
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC
