This travel opportunity is ideal for a Registered Respiratory Therapist who thrives in fast-paced critical care environments and enjoys making a lasting difference in both NICU and adult care settings. With shifts covering nights (12s and 8s, ranging 6:3015:00 or 6:3019:00) and every 2nd or 3rd weekend, youll work 36 guaranteed hours per week while gaining valuable exposure to multiple workplace settings by floating between renowned area medical centers and specialty units as needed.

Expand your professional portfolio by collaborating with a diverse, supportive team and working within advanced electronic charting systems such as EPIC. Youll not only strengthen your clinical skills, especially in emergency and neonatal care, but also benefit from observing different leadership styles and innovative care models.

Key Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
  • Valid Wisconsin RRT license
  • Minimum 3 years experience in critical care; NICU experience required
  • Proficiency with EPIC charting within the past 12 months
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Adaptable, resilient, and socially engaged comfortable with change and varied assignments
  • Covid-19 vaccination required, unless exempt
