This 13-week travel opportunity emphasizes strong teamwork, leadership, and versatility. Practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist primarily at a dynamic hospital facility, while providing support to nearby locations. Working nights with a consistent schedule allows for balance between professional commitments and time to enjoy relaxing or adventurous downtime.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • 12-hour night shifts
  • Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT license
  • Current WI RRT license required
  • Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experiencemust be comfortable in critical care environments
  • NICU experience highly preferred
  • Recent EPIC charting experience (within last 12 months)
  • Adaptable, resilient, and skilled in emergency and critical care
  • Covid-19 vaccine required (unless exemption applies)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in critical and emergency settings, including supporting NICU patients as needed
  • Float between primary and secondary facilities based on census and staffing needs (no on-call expected)
  • Engage in collaborative, adaptable care, assisting various departments without exceeding credentialed skill scope
  • Embrace change and support colleagues during transitions or shifts within different units
