Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday included
- Floating may be required within skill set or to nearby sites (within 40 miles)
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current WI Respiratory Therapist license required prior to start
- PALS certification required; NRP certification optional
- Proficiency with EPIC EHR system
- Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding caseload
- Recent critical care experience (within last 12 months)
- Prior travel healthcare assignment experience preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to float to other units or facilities as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care in a critical care environment
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct assessments, administer respiratory therapy interventions, and monitor patient responses
- Adapt quickly to facility procedures and support patient care across multiple units
