Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent experience in acute care settings, including ventilator and airway management
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and implement respiratory care plans for patients of varying ages and conditions
• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and nebulizers
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and interpret results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Accurately document treatments, assessments, and progress in medical records
• Educate patients and families about respiratory health and home care practices
