This assignment places you in a respected 225-bed specialty care hospital, providing expert services in cardiovascular, oncology, neurology, rehabilitation, behavioral health, bariatric medicine, womens health, and pediatrics. Schedule/Hours

  • Travel assignment with flexible shifts tailored to facility needs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across multiple units, including NICU
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
  • Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as prescribed
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations
  • Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and equipment
  • Adapt quickly to a variety of clinical settings and patient care challenges

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
  • Willingness to float to NICU and work with neonatal patients
  • Previous experience in an acute care hospital preferred
  • Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
