Schedule/Hours:
- 36 or 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Schedule and shift details discussed during interview
- Weekend and call requirements may be discussed further during the hiring process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with current licensure
- Minimum of 2 years experience, including Adult Critical Care
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation system preferred
- Strong adaptability; willingness to float as unit needs dictate
- Scrub color and specifics provided upon hire
- Dress code requires neat, conservative appearance: no artificial nails, no visible non-ear piercings, body art covered when possible, and clean, pulled-back hair if long
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement advanced respiratory care procedures and manage critical care equipment
- Deliver dedicated patient care within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinical team
- Accurately document all interventions using Meditech
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and families
- Flexibly support floating assignments to other units as needed
