As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, youll thrive in a comprehensive respiratory unit within a large, multifaceted hospital environment, including a Level 2B Nursery, Med/Surg units, and multiple critical care settings. Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Night shifts with every other weekend (EOW)
  • Stable shift assignments; night position is straight nights, with possible rotation for day positions

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
  • Strong ventilator management background
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Competency in drawing arterial blood gases
  • Current CRT or RRT from NBRC
  • Active MA Respiratory Therapist License

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced respiratory care across ICU, Med/Surg, Emergency, and maternity units
  • Operate PB980 and Hamilton T1 transport ventilators
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for effective documentation and patient care management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of complex cases
  • Provide support and quality care for a diverse patient population
