Schedule/Hours:

• 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Experience in adult critical care (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Hamilton ventilators desirable
• EPIC electronic charting familiarity preferred
• Proven adaptability and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform critical respiratory assessments and interventions for adult patients
• Operate and manage advanced ventilator equipment (Hamilton preferred)
• Accurately document care in the EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health team members
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and infection control
• Adapt quickly to new routines and evolving clinical situations
