This travel opportunity is ideal for professionals wanting to broaden their clinical expertise in a large, dynamic hospital environment. You'll rotate through advanced care units including Med/Surg, MICU, ED, Labor and Delivery, and a Level 2B Nurseryexpanding your resume and building your skills alongside experienced respiratory care teams committed to high-quality patient outcomes. Exposure to diverse leadership styles and modern equipment will propel your professional growth and adaptability.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Days/Evenings rotation with every other weekend (EOW) required
  • Day positions may flex from early morning to 11:00 pm
  • Night positions are strictly overnight

Required Qualifications:

  • Two years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care hospital, including ventilator management
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in respiratory therapy
  • Competency in drawing arterial blood gases
  • Current CRT or RRT credential from NBRC
  • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency with PB980 and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilators
  • Experience with EPIC charting system
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to a diverse patient population across ICU, Med/Surg, and specialty units
  • Manage ventilation and non-invasive support, including advanced ventilators
  • Draw and interpret arterial blood gases
  • Accurately document assessments and interventions in EPIC
