Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both basic and critical respiratory care servicesindependently and as a team leader, as needed
- Care for adult and geriatric patients with respiratory diseases, following current department policies and physician orders
- Supervise or delegate tasks to other staff members when necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including paperwork, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and patient charges
- Adhere to all standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred
- Strong teamwork and self-management skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols
