Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both basic and critical respiratory care servicesindependently and as a team leader, as needed
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with respiratory diseases, following current department policies and physician orders
• Supervise or delegate tasks to other staff members when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including paperwork, electronic medical records, flow sheets, and patient charges
• Adhere to all standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred
• Strong teamwork and self-management skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology and protocols
