This role will provide you experience with advanced respiratory therapies and exposure to diverse patient populations, including adults and neonates in a 140-bed facility. Collaborate with seasoned multidisciplinary teams, utilize the latest equipmentlike the Hamilton C1 ventilator and V60and deepen your proficiency in a dynamic, learning-driven environment. Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Rotating schedule including every other weekend
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RRT credential
- At least 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience
- Direct NICU experience required
- Proficient in CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and Hamilton C1 ventilator use
- Current BLS and ACLS (NRP preferred, or willing to obtain after hire)
- Adaptable to Meditech documentation system
- Must wear all black scrubs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care for a broad spectrum of patients, from adults to NICU
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced ventilation equipment
