Schedule/Hours

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
  • Every other weekend required

Qualifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Minimum 2 years general respiratory therapy experience
  • At least a 3 in NICU skill score
  • Experience with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, intubation assistance, and mechanical ventilation
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP (preferred; can be obtained post-hire)
  • Professionalism in communication, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Ability to wear all-black scrubs per dress code

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to both adult and NICU populations
  • Use and maintain complex respiratory equipment and manage ventilators
  • Assist with intubations and advanced respiratory procedures
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping within Meditech system
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
