Schedule/Hours
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum 2 years general respiratory therapy experience
- At least a 3 in NICU skill score
- Experience with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, intubation assistance, and mechanical ventilation
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP (preferred; can be obtained post-hire)
- Professionalism in communication, teamwork, and flexibility
- Ability to wear all-black scrubs per dress code
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to both adult and NICU populations
- Use and maintain complex respiratory equipment and manage ventilators
- Assist with intubations and advanced respiratory procedures
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping within Meditech system
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
