This role provides valuable professional growth as you handle a variety of cases and collaborate across multiple specialties, from high-acuity Adult ICUs and Neurosurgical ICUs to the region's renowned NICU, ED, and Med-Surg floors. Expand your clinical expertise by using the latest respiratory technology in a large hospital setting, charting with EPIC, and learning from diverse patient scenarios and leadership styles.

Schedule/Hours

  • 4 days per week, covering multiple hospital departments

Qualifications/Skills

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an acute hospital setting and at least 1 year of Adult ICU experience
  • Familiarity with EPIC charting
  • Adaptable to a flexible team environment and changing patient needs
  • Strong clinical assessment and communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy across all hospital units, including Adult/Neuro ICUs, NICU, L&D, Med-Surg, and Emergency Department
  • Operate advanced equipment: Drager vents, V60/V30, CPAP/BiPAP units, vest therapy, metaneb, Airvo, Vapotherm, and NOxBOX for Nitric Oxide therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document accurately and timely in EPIC
