Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift: three 12-hour shifts weekly
  • Night call required after scheduled shifts (e.g., 3 shifts with 3 nights of call)

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with appropriate state licensure
  • At least one year of recent acute care experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with ventilators (Draeger & Hamilton T1) and HFNC (F&P Classic & Airvo 3)
  • Familiarity with Philips V60 BPAP/CPAP and ResMed AirSense/AirCurve home units is a plus
  • Ability to respond effectively while on call
  • Willingness to work travel assignments at least 50+ miles from permanent address
  • Commitment to excellent patient care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced respiratory therapies
  • Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, high-flow oxygen delivery systems, and noninvasive ventilation devices
  • Accurately document therapy and patient progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
  • Participate in education and safety initiatives
