By working in a 240-bed acute care facility, youll collaborate with a talented team of respiratory therapists overseeing advanced equipment like the Hamilton G5. Exposure to critical care settings such as the NICU, ICU, and PEDS units ensures unique learning opportunities and the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team. Take advantage of flexible shift scheduling (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) to balance personal explorationwith easy access to Colorados legendary outdoor adventuresand professional growth.
Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Qualifications:
- Active RRT credential (CRT or NBRC accepted)
- Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital RRT experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Recent experience in ventilator management and respiratory therapy in hospital settings
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
- PICU and/or NICU exposure
- Team-oriented, autonomous, and collaborative personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care (therapies, ventilator setup, intubation assistance, ABGs)
- Provide patient and staff education
- Support critical teams in ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med/Surg units
- Play a leading role in ventilator liberation and advanced therapies
