Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible scheduling available, including day and night shifts
• Weekend and holiday rotations as needed

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional pediatric/NRP credentials a plus
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency with ventilators, airway management, and respiratory equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to patients with chronic or acute respiratory issues
• Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation, bronchodilator therapy, and airway clearance procedures
• Conduct patient assessments, reporting and documenting changes in respiratory status
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, therapies, and proper equipment use
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Respond to emergency situations and collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide optimal patient care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
