Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Experience with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway care in acute care settings
- Familiarity with pulmonary function testing, arterial blood gas analysis, and other respiratory diagnostics
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity hospital units
