Qualifications/Experience:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Current state licensure in good standing
- Proficiency in both basic and advanced respiratory care, including independent practice
- Ability to supervise others as needed
- Strong knowledge of adult and geriatric respiratory needs
- Detail-oriented with aptitude for accurate recordkeeping and use of electronic medical records
Responsibilities:
- Administer a wide range of respiratory therapies and supportive care per physician orders
- Assess patient condition, respond to emergencies, and adjust care plans as appropriate
- Complete comprehensive documentation including flow sheets and billing records
- Maintain high standards of safety, ethics, and patient care at all times
