Job Description

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in this setting, youll be part of a supportive respiratory unit caring for patients of all ages, including a strong focus on neonatal care within a NICU. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with tenured professionals and experienced teams, expanding your clinical knowledge and strengthening your resume.

Schedule:

  • Three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Rotating every other weekend

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • At least 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience
  • NICU experience required
  • Proficiency with Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 equipment
  • Experience with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications (NRP preferred or obtainable after hire)
  • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
  • Comfortable in all black scrubs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced respiratory care to adults and neonates, particularly in the NICU
  • Perform respiratory support modalities including high flow oxygen, CPAP, and ventilator management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care
  • Document all care precisely in the Meditech system
