Schedule/Hours:

  • 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly (including every other weekend)

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications; NRP preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)
  • Minimum of 2 years as a general RT
  • Strong NICU background, with at least 3 NICU skills, including CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, mechanical ventilation assistance, and intubation support
  • Experience with Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 devices preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent respiratory care to both adult and neonatal populations
  • Operate advanced respiratory equipment and manage critical interventions
  • Assist with intubation and initiate/support mechanical ventilation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving patient needs
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care, maintaining patient safety and comfort
