Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 18:30 07:00
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call shifts; 75% holiday coverage expected
• Scheduling in 6-week cycles

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years critical care Respiratory Therapy experience
• NC license, RRT, and BLS required; ACLS for adult RTs; PALS and NRP for NICU/Peds RTs
• CRT credentials considered, but RRT preferred
• Experience in high acuity or Level 1 trauma centers preferred
• EMR: EPIC proficiency; familiar with equipment such as Servo U, The Vest, HFJV, and HFOV

Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical and acute respiratory care to a varied case mix on ICU and Med/Surg units based on skillset and department needs
• Collaborate with Lead Therapists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Adjust to dynamic case workloads and participate in ongoing learning
